Founder, President and 11U Head Coach
Coach AD 🙏🏾 President of the OC Trojans youth football organization and 13u HC. I’m proud to serve and lead the youth in all OC and surrounding communities. Winning on and off the field is important. I acknowledge that every athlete has a different journey. While some get to play football and some have to play football. No matter where you are - I see you. Every athlete has a different journey, and every athlete can be successful in their own journey. My expectations this season is an All IN approach starting with great coaches, great parents, and great athletes. I/we lead with high expectations and standards. OC Trojans is a program built on coaching elite talent and demanding the very best of every athlete.
The mission: Preparing every athlete for the HS level. Thank you for your ongoing support as we prepare for the 2024 fall season. 🔥 Hard work always pays off.

10U Coach Bush

Coach Richard Bush @bush_noreggie is a devoted husband, father of two, and a committed man of faith whose life passion centers around family, service, and community impact. Originally residing in Charlotte, North Carolina, Coach Bush moved to Orange County in December 2022, bringing with him a lifelong dedication to athletics, mentorship, and youth development.
Having played sports from childhood through the collegiate level, Coach Bush understands firsthand the influence that strong coaches and supportive environments can have on young athletes. Being a philanthropist in the community and youth sports coach, he channels that experience into empowering the next generation by helping kids not only learn the game of football, but truly love it.
He preaches a “Team First, Me Second” mentality not just for the players, but the parents as well. His coaching philosophy is rooted in character building. He believes the ultimate goal is to help kids become better people off the field, than they are athletes on the field. Guided by the principle of being “more than an athlete,” he strives to instill values that extend far beyond sports: Faith in GOD, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and respect.
Known for his ability to connect with each individual player, Richard focuses on developing weaknesses, enhancing strengths, and building confidence. His mission is clear, to pour into the youth, cultivate their potential, and help shape great humans, not just great players.
8U Coach B
We are pleased to announce that Coach Basilio (aka Coach B) will be returning as the Head Coach for the OC Trojans 8U team for the 2026 season. Coach B has led national west coast ranked teams in his previous two years for the OC Trojans. NFL flag national championship, and (lost count) 7v7 championships across the west coast.
Coach B brings over 13 years of youth tackle football coaching experience and a proven track record of building winning teams and strong character. Known for his no-nonsense, disciplined approach, Coach B has a passion for teaching the game in a way that allows young athletes to truly understand and absorb its complexities.
Beyond football, he builds a family culture within his teams — one built on accountability, effort, and respect. You’ll often hear him remind his players:
“How you do one thing is how you do everything.”
Coach B pushes his athletes to be their best — not just on the field, but in life. His players learn to compete, to lead, and to carry themselves with pride as Trojans.
If you’re looking for a coach who brings out the very best in your son and invests his time, energy, and heart into player development — Coach B is that coach. Having coached alongside him, I can say firsthand that his commitment, passion, and attention to detail are unmatched. 7v7 tryouts will be in early December.
